Installation Instructions and Details

Fire Tank Liners by Raven Tanks Australia offers a complete installation service for all new steel liner tanks, but there are a few things that the owner or site manager needs to do to prepare for the installation.

Here is what we need to have prepared before installation day:

Please prepare a sand or concrete foundation for your tank that meets our minimum thickness requirements. We will provide the specific base specifications to you once you have placed your order.
Make sure that our vehicles and equipment can easily reach the installation site and that there is enough space for us to work.
We recommend that you be present for a short meeting at the installation site before we start the installation process. This will give us a chance to confirm the exact placement of the new assembly.
Please make sure that you have enough water available to fill your tank to about 20% of its total capacity when the installation is complete.
